A food company wants to know which type of salad would be best received by their customers. They set up an experiment in which 10 people are given two types of salads, type A and type B. Each salad is carefully weighed at exactly 15 oz. After 20 minutes, the remainder of the salad is weighed, and the amount of each type of salad remaining for each person is calculated.
