Breakdown the Planning Process and state your process

1) Defining the process- I had a salary target that I wanted to obtain. I had researched a salary range for the position and had established a minimum salary that I would accept to change positions.

a. Where did you learn it? From past job interviews I knew that researching salary ranges was important.

b. Did you have a process? My process was informal and based on past experience.

2) Assembling the issues and defining the bargaining mix; -- I didn't d o this.

a. I did not have a process for defining my bargaining mix.
