Assignment:

Tony Stark has come to you with a work issue he is having. He is seeing that his employees are not comfortable in their offices. No one decorates, and people work from home every chance they get. He has heard rumors that employees are primarily worried about two things: Their office building being sold, like he did Stark tower, Or their office building being ground zero for some alien, bad guy, revenge event, like the original factory, Stark Tower, the Stark Expo, and his Home! He has asked you as a student of I-O psychology to design a study that would determine whether employees are more concerned about their workspace being sold or their workplace being attacked.
