Technological expansion in last 20 years has dramatically changed the world; one of the major examples is computer technology. Starting from simple programmable electronic device to latest hybrid palm computers took only 6 decades to penetrate in human life. Once there was just a simple computer to work on, later it was connected with World Wide Web in a static desktop computer and now world is in every one's palm. Accessing information, gaining knowledge, keeping in touch with world and sharing life was never as easy as now. Technological advancement has definitely changed the organizational working environment. Turbulence in external environment has created a chaos in institutional workings. Question: As we know that main concern while brining change is paradigmatic shift in organizational contexts. In your opinion what type of contextual change is required in educational system shifting from campus based to virtual/distance mode.
