Putt Black Sports Bar and Grill is a small business within the Orlando metropolis that will cater to pool players and sports enthusiasts who need a relaxation spot where they can watch games of their favorite teams and participate in local pool tournaments.  The choice of this location stems from the limited number of sports lounges in the area dedicated to playing snooker and selling snooker apparel. Therefore, it provides a potential opportunity for a niche market with the right marketing approach.

The business will start as a limited liability partnership (LLP) in the first instance, and as the business grows, the business model and ownership structure will change accordingly. Starting as an LLP protects personal assets as the partners have limited legal liability and flexible roles. In addition, the company can take advantage of the benefits with a corporation and partnership business structures and the pass-through tax, which individual partners handle.
