There are two types of sexual harassment: "quid pro quo" harassment and hostile work environment.

They may occur independently or concurrently. This report focuses on diverse issues that causes and leads to both sexual harassment and hostile work environment.

This report also focuses on diversities like; sociology, biological, cultural identity and also in socio-economic diversity among other diversities.

In 250 words discuss a general introduction, then introduce the topic(sexual harassment).
