Given that x-bar = 18.60, s = 3.48, n = 18, and the population is known to be normally distributed, find the LOWER boundary, only, of the 95% confidence interval for µ. Express your answer with 2 places of decimal. Note that confidence intervals are always two-tailed unless otherwise specified. (This IS a two-tailed interval but onQ will only accept one number and we will enter the lower boundary of the two-tailed interval.)
