Two new software projects are proposed to a young, start-up company. Project A will cost $303,600 to develop and is expected to have annual net cash flow of $50,000. Project B will cost $198,000 to develop and is expected to have annual net cash flow of $26,400. The company is concerned a bout their cash flow. Calculate the payback period for each project (in years). And state which project is better from a cash flow standpoint. (Round your numbers to 2 decimals).
