Once landfill is full, the waste will be hauled to a new landfill for $90/ton. What is the 10 year average disposal cost for the town at 5% inflation per year. Town One generates 40,000 ton MSW/year. Next year Town One's landfill is full. If Town One wants to send its waste to Town Two, what should Town Two charge for tipping fee to reduce its own costs to zero?
