(16 points) Two blocks are connected by a rope that stretches over a pulley. While the rope is massless, the pulley is not. The blocks have masses of m1=3 kg, m2=2kg, and the pulley is a solid disk with a mass of mp=1. 5 kg and radius of 10 cm. Block m2 rests on a plane inclined at 30° above horizontal, and there is a coefficient of kinetic friction between m2 and the plane equal to 0.3.

a.) If the system is released from rest, how long will it take block m1 to fall to the ground 2 meters below?

b.) How fast will the pulley be spinning, in revolutions per minute (RPM), as block m1 reaches the ground?
