Question

James Brian is a public-school teacher who teachers in Mt. Carmel Secondary School. On his way home on July 14, 2017. He offered a ride to one of his students, Graham Chiles, who was not fetched by his Dad because of an urgent matter in the office. Graham's friend Alice Dimpsey asked James if she could join them. James accommodated both of them. When they are on their way home and passing in Highway 97, Graham started to maliciously touch and kiss Alice. Alice resisted and that triggered a commotion at the back of the car where both are sitting. When James tried to intervene, while he was driving, Graham gave him a big punched causing him to lose control of the car and consequently hitting a car on its right side. Both cars swirl to the right. Ultimately the car that James hit crashed the Highway barrier and the trees beyond. All two passengers of that car died on the spot.
