We live and work in the world of hyper-communication, fast moving work environments, strict deadlines, etc., where people feel overloaded and stressed. In addition, the abundance of technology that is used often makes us feel like we should constantly be available, and we should constantly be working. This type of overload has become a significant contributor to stress and anxiety, as well as mental health issues for employees which causes a severe decline in employee satisfaction and productivity. With this in mind, your client feels training is needed to better support employee wellness and self-care in an effort to help develop more positive and trustworthy relationship between employees and the company thus increasing engagement.
