You are interviewing for a position as a customer service associate at a new fulfillment company, much like Amazon. The key requirements of the job are that you are an effective communicator, that you be able to multitask, that you are able to convene and work as a team as well to work on special projects independently. You should also be able to think on your feet and troubleshoot sensitive customer service issues. Your interview is being conducted via video teleconference. You have 5 minutes to make your case, using the concepts for introductions and conclusions discussed in chapter 11, how would you present yourself and state why you would be the best candidate for the job.
