Students are required to research and examine an Australian organisation that has implemented current SHRM practices such as

• HR shared services
• Outsourcing (including HR outsourcing)
• Downsizing, retrenchments, and layoffs
• Talent management through human capital metrics and measurements

Students will also have the discretion to select any Australian organisation of their choice for this case report.
The report must integrate both the theoretical and practical aspects of SHRM practices and processes. The report should be in a professional format with a corporate coversheet, table of contents, introduction, titles, conclusion, references, and appendix (such as tables and graphs).
