Question

Marisol is a 26-year-old who presents with complaints of body aches and a low-grade fever for the past four days that she has treated with Tylenol. She has been having a non-productive cough. Her mother has had similar symptoms for the past two days. Marisol reports that she attended a baptismal party for a cousin over the weekend but all of the guests were fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and she has already had her first dose two weeks ago. Her last menstrual period was three weeks ago and was regular.
