Question: Estimates are that about 100,000 people are waiting for a kidney transplant. About 23,500 kidney transplants are performed per year. The USA Today article said that the US discards about 3,500 kidneys per year that become available for transplant for a variety of reasons. Assuming no one dies waiting for a kidney, how long do people wait, on average, for a kidney transplant? Use Little's Law to solve this question
