Your organization is beginning to transition to electronic medical records. After a climate survey, you see that 64% of your organization does not want to transition to this form of documentation management. Approximately 36% do not have computer literacy skills commensurate to operate within this environment and many of the physicians associated with your practice have discussed moving to another organization or retiring. Your CEO is animate that your organization must make this transition. In other words, this move will start in approximately six months. You have been tasked to be part of a committee to discuss leadership direction for managing this change. Since you have taken a few courses and are somewhat familiar with the implementation process, discuss your approach to managing change within this process.
