The transfer of immunologically competent T-lymphocytes from a donor into host expression different MHC antigens can have severe consequences, resulting a fatal syndrome known as the graft versus host disease (GVH). The following table explores a ran model of the GVH, it displays the minimum number of the parental strain t- cells which causes the fatal GVH in various treatment groups of the F1 hybrid off spring derived from mating of the two MHC different strain, a and b.
