Synopsis: This article highlights diversity and inclusion efforts at Florida Hospital in Orlando, Florida. A one-day cross-cultural competency training program was created, and the top 400 leaders in the organization were trained with this program, with the expectation that they would then train those employees they led. Results of this initiative are presented.
