Consider any organisation, you have worked in before, or are currently working for, or an organisation that you are familiar with, or would like to work for in the future. On the basis of your research, you are required to write a 2000 word report on the following;
On the basis of your work experience and any information available to you, identify any two training methods practiced by the chosen organsiation.
Evaluate the key features of the training methods, analyse strength and limitations.
Provide appropriate recommendations to the Director of the chosen organisation as to how those training practices could be improved and what the benefits would be to the company by improving them.
