You are a training designer for a consulting firm. Your supervisor has allowed you to pick your next assignment. There are two options available:

  • Training on how to troubleshoot a new computer circuit board for 50 electrical engineers, between the ages of 35-55.
  • Training on customer service skills for 15 newly hired call center representatives, between the ages of 19-30.
