In addition to reading the relevant chapters in the textbook or module in human resource development, learners are also required to read at least FIVE (5) published journal articles on topics that have a bearing to the dynamic role of new training and development programmes for organisations. The peer reviewed journal articles should only be from the year 2017 to 2021.
