1. Choose a company based in Singapore in any industry.

2. You are a Human Resource consultant and the company you chose in (1) above has hired you to help them develop a talent management portfolio to manage talent recruitment, training and retention from a performance management perspective for two positions (one managerial position and one nonmanagerial position). For this assessment, you may choose the two positions.

3. You are to provide a recommended package of policies and procedures that could make it competitive in the job market. Develop a portfolio for each of the two positions. Cite appropriate literature to justify and explain your points.

4. Include the following and other relevant information for each of the two positions chosen:

Introduction: What is the organization's mission, vision and competitive advantage?

Job Role, Qualifications and Key Selection Criteria: How does the job role align with the organizational goal, mission and vision? What qualification(s) are needed and why? How does the selection criteria address task performance and contextual performance?

Performance Evaluation and Rewards: How should performance be measured? How could the various measures be used - behaviours and actions, results and products? How should performance be evaluated? Is there any reward/feedback associated with the performance evaluation?

Training and Development Activities: Are there any training and development activities associated with the performance evaluation?

Organization Development Initiatives: What types of training and professional development are needed? What is the process of initiating, implementing and evaluating such organizational development?
