What's west of Westeros? Well, we have no idea, but what we do know is that there is plenty of fish in the sea for the Iron Islands to catch. Now, they are a relatively small group of islands surrounded by the sea, with not much room to grow any crops, or really any other resources. Their soil is harsh and filled with salt from the sea. Winterfell on the other hand, is located right in the middle of fertile soil for crops, and forests with abundant stocks of wood and meat-rich animals. Why might a trade between the Iron Islands and Winterfell make sense.? Again, use opportunity cost in your answer when necessary.
