Keep track of how many times you use digital technology, whether through your phone, computer, or some other format, over the course of one day. Try to distinguish between the following categories:

III. Entertainment

IV. Work/School

Finally, write a brief reflection (one page maximum) that summarizes your experience. This reflection is open-ended, but should include an answer to the following questions:

Did you notice anything different from completing the exercise?

Can you imagine how your life would be different without using these technologies?

Would it be possible? Why or why not?
