Considering evolving stakeholder values, corporate social responsibility and sustainability have become areas of key focus for many organizations today.

Research a company that you would like to work for after you finish your program and answer the following questions:

-What is its track record in terms of corporate social responsibility? Are these factors important to you? Why or why not?

-From the organization's website, articulate the corporate strategy, mission, and vision statements. Are these statements important to you why or why not? What do these statements tell you about the role of human resources in your chosen organization?

-Provide two recently published news articles that pertain to the organization that you have selected. For each article, provide a summary and the (potential) impact on the HR department. Outline changes that the HR department may have to make in regard to content described in the articles. Be sure to find two relevant and distinct articles. Please attach a copy of each article within the appendix of your report.

-Based on your analysis of the organization, would you still want to be employed with this company in the future? Did any of the information change your desire to work for this company? Explain why or why not.
