Description of Assignment Task -

DMAIC is a structure problem-solving technique and is usually associated with Six Sigma, but can be used in any business or process improvement effort. Suppose that you manage an airline reservation system and the airline administration wants to improve service quality. At present, their operation has an average improvement rate of 50% annually at 3 Sigma level. How do you think that DMAIC could be applied to this process? If you improving the process at Six Sigma level, how many years will it takes to achieve Six Sigma Quality? How do you construct the different KPIVs and KPOVs for the process Quality Improvement?
