Working as HR manager of a tourism attraction on Vancouver Island(canada). A team of three marketing managers are required to complete an advertising campaign to boost tourism numbers for the summer season. Internally, there are a lot of challenges with this group's cohesion and in-fighting is common. Each member of this team drops by managers office or sends him emails to complain about the others. They all complain about their team members attitude, worth ethic and poor engagement.
