The gaps were measured, and the following was recorded. 31, 34, 29, 30, 33, 35, 32, 33, 32, 31inches. A standard deviation of the population is 1.95, which was derived from extensive testing. If you were to look at the total population of the spark plugs, what percentage would be above 45 inches? Explain your answer.
