Practise the scenario planning technique for Amazon, Form a group of four to six people. (Use the groups already created in the class) 

Research, Discuss and Document the following in the report

PART A

• Corporate profile- its key business process, competitors, including its organization, operating characteristics, products etc.

PART B 

• SWOT analysis to identify the factors affecting the industry in which the company operates, such as economics, globalization, political/legislative, technology, demographics, sociocultural factors etc.
• Identify three business scenarios that might play out in the next five years (most desirable case, most likely case, and least desirable case).

PART B

• For each scenario, assess the firm's readiness. What are the challenges faced under each scenario? Identify HR's strengths and weaknesses in relation to these challenges.

For each scenario, identify HR initiatives and programs that must be undertaken to deal with the changes.
