To find the minimum distance b to get the ball over the top, I'm not sure weather you use Conservation of Mech Energy or newtons 2nd law and set the Nforce to zero at the to position b. We get 2 different answers using the 2 methods. Does there have to be a velocity at the top to get the ball over?
