You receive an email stating that the Payroll Supervisor of your company needs to speak with you in his department "IMMEDIATELY". You reply to the e-mail stating that you will need 5 minutes to make an important call to the shipping department; there is no reply to your e-mail. You make the important call and then leave your office. As you enter the payroll department you see the supervisor at the front desk. When he looks up and sees you he begins to frown. He moves around to the front of the desk and begins to shout that your department has not submitted information that his payroll team desperately needed. When you ask him to clarify what specific information he needs, he glares at you and states, "I knew you would mess this up." You again ask him to clarify his statement. He announces to you that, "It's your fault and not my problem!" and storms away.
