Lewin's three-phase change model includes "refreezing." Some modern change theorists say that the pace of change in modern organizations is so rapid that "refreezing" is a luxury, and that there is no time for it. In any event, new changes will require the process to restart quickly. Do you agree that we can dispense with "refreezing," or feel that in some ways it is still necessary?
