This week, we focus on Kouzes and Posner's (2017) practice of inspiring a shared vision. This practice calls upon the leader to envision the future and enlist others to follow. To place this principle into practice, leaders need to envision the future by imagining exciting and ennobling possibilities. In addition, they will need to enlist others in a common vision by appealing to shared aspirations.
For this week's discussion, please share your thoughts related to inspiring shared visions. Here are some ideas to get you started:
