In the past, you have likely either advocated or thought about advocating for yourself or others. Think about advocacy situations you have encountered in your life. Reflect on those situations and answer the following questions: Describe one of the most challenging or difficult advocacy situations you have encountered. What action, if any, did you take? If you didn't take any actions, why did you decided not to act? What were the ethical dilemmas of the situation that compounded the situation or the actions you did or didn't take? After reflecting on the situation, do you think you would do anything differently now? If yes, what? If no, why not? Apply an ethical reasoning strategy to this difficult situation. Can you see how many of them may have positively impacted your action or actions, or how you might use them in making future ethical decisions?
