From my perspective, there is no credible evidence supporting the concern that Thiomersal containing vaccines cause autism. There has been extensive studies done including one of the studies I've found on this topic made by the Institute of Medicine in 2004. The research study resulted that there is no link between Thiomersal containing vaccines and autism. This finding has been supported by other organizations as well including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). It is vital to note the fact that the concern about Thiomersal in vaccines came to light primarily in the US. The use of Thiomersal in vaccines in the US was a political tactic used when there was an excessive amount of public concerns about the rate of autism in children in the 1930s, despite the lack of scientific evidence. In the UK, where the same vaccines were used, there was absolutely zero concern or evidence of an association with autism. Plenty of diseases can be prevented by vaccination, and the advantages of these medicines have been shown to significantly outweigh the risks. write me a feedback comment to post.
