Think of a loyalty program that you belong to. That may be a retail program, membership program, credit card, or other way that your purchases are tracked and rewarded with a business.

1. Explain what the loyalty program is and why you joined. Did you join automatically with a purchase or did you opt in?

2. Try to find a web page explaining the benefits for the loyalty program. What are the benefits and did you know about all of them when you signed up? If not, what are new benefits that you learned about as part of your research?

3. Explain how the loyalty program keeps you interested in purchasing and if it worked recently. If you're not so engaged in the loyalty program, what would improve it?
