Question

The customer service from staff members has a direct impact on the quality of care delivered. I am going to challenge all of you with this same thing that I challenge my staff with.

Think for a minute about how you treat a patient, customer, or client. Hopefully you are thinking about with respect, being courteous, receptive, and caring. Now take that to another level. Pretend that everyone that you meet is a patient, customer, or client. This includes your coworkers, family member and even those people you pass on the street. Think about how amazing we would all treat each other if we really tried to pay it forward. Would this world be an amazing place to live and interact with others? Give it a try.
