Think about a recent miscommunication you had with someone. Ideally, select an important conversation that occurred at work or school. Summarize the conversation in one paragraph. Describe at least one strategy you used or could have used to increase shared meaning and avoid miscommunication.

4. Develop a list of career development activities that could help your peers to continue to learn and grow. WHAT skills could they improve (e.g., technical, communicaiton, interpersonal, organization skills, etc). HOW?
