This is my first assignement in Hums250, can you give me any advice or pointers?

Choose a personal behavior of your own that you would like to change. It should be a fairly innocuous behavior such as nail biting, decreasing Facebook or TV time, increasing study time, better organizing your schoolwork, waking up or going to bed earlier, coffee consumption, simple dietary or exercise changes, etc. Think about intervention ideas you could use to change this behavior and how you will track data to measure your baseline and intervention phases.
