I am a PhD student in a theoretical field in the Humanities with reason to believe my supervisor is sharing my research with another PhD student. I need advice on how to proceed without becoming confrontational or litigious, whilst sending a clear message that will discourage them from pursuing research in my area of theoretical innovation.
