You will be required to demonstrate your skills and knowledge by explaining the history and current status of the Global environment and outlining the opportunities for and barriers to Global Business for a Tourism, Hospitality and/or Events industry area.

Tasks to be assessed Report on a contemporary global issue that impacts global business. The issue will be presented by the lecturer in week two.

The report will discuss relevant history of the global environment, the advantages (opportunities) and disadvantages (threats/barriers) to global business of the issue.
