Kate and Teryn have a jewelry business. They created a website 2 years ago so that their customers can shop online as well and they can potentially attract more customers. They have been tracking the behavior of visitors to their website. They found that they have a lot of people visiting their website. However, they do not make any purchase on their website. There are months where the website generates absolutely no sales.
