Water enters a steam generator as compressed liquid at 100 C, 6MPa and exits as superheated vapor at 500 C, 6MPa (constant pressure). The mass flow rate of the water in the steam generator is 3 kg/s. The thermal energy that is used to heat the water is being transferred to the water from a 500 C hot reservoir. Find the rate of heat transfer to the water.
