first practice negotiation. This is a negotiation to determine the terms of employment between an employer and employee. The interviews are over and the candidate has been selected.

All that is left are the details of the financial package between the company and the selected candidate.

I have divided the class into 2 roles - the role of the employer representative and employee candidate.
