You are a member of the strategic team (top management) in your company. The company needs to develop a strategy for the next 5 years. The president of the company assigned you the task of overseeing the development of this strategy. What are you going to do to assure that a viable strategy is developed and formulated and that this strategy will have the best chance of being implemented wholeheartedly by all concerned (i.e. it will be implemented as effectively as possible)?
