A couple wants to have a baby. The woman has no uterus, having lost her uterus (and ovaries) during surgery for cancer. They use a surrogate including the surrogate’s egg. The baby is born and now the surrogate mother wants to keep the baby or at least have joint custody with visitation. What should the outcome be? Resolve the issue using the 7 step decision model
