To following four basic behaviours of leadership styles is designed with the combination of Alpha-numeric are:

S-1 Telling: In this behaviour is the information flows unidirectional from the Leader of a group to its member. Hence, a technique of Transactional Leadership operates in this behaviour.

S-2 Selling: The leader of a group tries to convince the members that the leader is leading to provide social and emotional support to the members being convinced. The two-way communication is acted upon, however, it is clear that the leader is going to lead.

S-3 Participating: The leader should delegate authority decision making process with the group, to make the system more democratic.

S-4 Delegating: This behaviour reflects to parcel out various tasks to group members. The leader would hold the charge, however put emphasis to monitor the ones delegated with the tasks.
