The roles associated with human resource management have changed dramatically over the past 10-20 years. Traditionally, HR focused on successfully completing transactions in hiring, pay and benefits. This role has evolved into a more strategic role where HR acts as a partner to ensure the success of an organization. Today’s human resources must be well versed in the areas of workflow analysis, organizational structure, job analysis, and job design to keep employees engaged. Of all these strategic roles now played by HR, which one do you think is most important to ensure your organization is successful? State your reasons why you feel this to be most important.
