Play both the role of the injured athlete and the athletic trainer who is performing an off the field evaluation.

For you initial post:  choose a foot/ ankle or lower leg injury.  You are to describe it as if you were the injured athlete.  If can upload a picture or copy and paste a picture in the forum, that would be helpful, (but not mandated)  Provide information such as:  About where in the body is it, what sport you were playing when this happened, and you can in lay athlete's terms describe what happened) You will need to be familiar with the mechanism of injury, sign and symptoms as well as what it can present like in acute and chronic injury!
